About Us
Inventive Social Methods (ISM) is a support coordination agency that serves participants of OCDD waiver programs residing in Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) regions 4 & 5. Support Coordination services are provided to Medicaid eligible recipients to assist them in gaining access to a full range of needed services including medical, social, educational, and other support services. We help to identify needs, access services, and coordinate care for several Medicaid home and community-based waiver programs.

We offer support coordination for multiple waivers and serve both children and adults of all ages. Our approach to managing your services is simple, "Case by case, we care." We take time to visit with you, listen to your needs, assess what is working, and help connect you to the resources that are available in our community.
